N[]O is a black metal band from Kyiv, Ukraine. It was conceived in late 2015 as a vessel to experiment with black and post-metal sound.

Isolates EP contains two songs written after the completion of N[]O's debut album Adrestia, presenting a different side of the band's sound, further exploring black- and post-metal territories, and taking it to even more desperate and hopeless direction.

We are isolated. We barricade ourselves from our inner darkness. We build up walls of excuses and distractions, and lie to ourselves to ignore the darkness and cruelty of the world outside. We suffer and suffocate, crushed between these two shells that thicken with each passing day. We die alone, in misery and denial.
